Certificate in Supervisory Management for Aviation Security (QF Level 4)

This learning programme, which is run under AVSECO and Open University of Hong Kong collaboration, aims to develop the Security Supervisors with the appropriate supervisory management theories, leadership skills, and aviation security professional knowledge to be applied in their workplace. It provides trainees with personal development opportunities and career advancement paths.

The 13-day learning programme is accredited at Qualification Framework Level 4 with 31 study credits and is divided into three modules, namely

Module One     : Supervisory Management Theory and Overview;

Module Two     : Leadership and Workplace Communication; and

Module Three  : Aviation Security Operation.
